Yesterday, in the spirit of Halloween, Adam and I did went to a local nursery to buy some pumpkins to carve and decorate with. We had so much fun searching through the pumpkins to find the biggest ones to carve and mini ones to decorate with! We also took a trip to Costco to buy come cookies and cake to snack on later on in the day.

For lunch, we headed off to Symposium Cafe. We clearly love going to Symposium to eat. As usual, when we order lunch, Adam ordered the Spicy Thai Chicken Wrap with Fries and a Strawberry Banana Fresh Fruit Freezie and I ordered a Crispy Chicken Wrap with a Garden Salad and a Raspberry Italian Soda. 

After lunch, we drove back to Adam's house. I always love taking rides through Adam's neighborhood in the Fall because all of the trees look absolutely beautiful! 

When we arrived at Adam's, we hung out with his mother and niece for the afternoon. It is always great to see his family and hanging out. 

While his niece was still over at their house, Adam and I carved our pumpkins while she would peep into the kitchen every few minutes to watch. She even helped me look through Pinterest for a cute Pumpkin design to carve out. 

I learned yesterday that I am actually really anxious with knives, so Adam ended up carving my pumpkin for me while I just played around. 

In the end, I think our pumpkins ended up great! We both agreed that they both ended up seemingly reflecting our personalities. Adam's is the more evil looking one with a sweet spirit keeping him at bay; while mine is a cute and innocent looking but secretly a little evil too. 

Later that evening, we watched last week's episode of The Walking Dead and played some Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 while eating cake, cookies and chocolates. 

It is always such an amazing time spending the day with Adam!
