We like to rate our restaurants in three different categories, plus an additional overall rating:

• Service Rating - We rate based on how the customer service was, the cleanliness of the restaurant, the general appearance of the restaurant (from the atmosphere to the interior design)
• Food Quality Rating - We rate based on the taste and presentation. Sometimes variety of food, as well.
• General Rating - Based upon both Service and Food Quality will we base our general rating off.
